We were looking for a contractor to build an addition to our house and talked to many contractors. From the very beginning of the process Victor showed his exceptional professionalism by being responsive, on time and keeping his promises. He stayed with us and was extremely helpful when our project stuck for over 8 month in the town zoning appealing process due to COVID. When Victor's team was finally able to start the project they had to deal with the shortage of many materials because of the broken supply chain due to the pandemic. Nevertheless Victor always was able to find the way to keep the project going and deliver on time as much as possible in this situation. Out of all the estimates I got, Victor was honest, very straightforward and easy to work with. I was amazed by his construction knowledge, work ethics and his ability to foresee complexities and plan ahead. He was flexible and reasonable with our additional demands and changes.
